NPH USA supports Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos (NPH, Spanish for "Our Little Brothers and Sisters"), which is raising more than 3,400 orphaned, abandoned, and disadvantaged boys and girls in Bolivia, the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua and Peru.
An additional 2,300 children who live outside the homes receive scholarships, meals and healthcare. NPH community outreach programs provided over 99,000 services. We support NPH through fundraising and volunteer programs.
We currently have 68 amazing international volunteers helping in our homes throughout Latin America and the Caribbean, but we still have many positions to fill! Below is a list of open positions where you can share your time, passion and talents to help transform the lives of the children in our homes. All International Volunteers must commit for at least a year of service.
