At times this trip will be extremely demanding due to the climate and the arduous conditions, but it will always be rewarding. After traversing the long roads of coastal and central Brazil, we meet a riverboat that plunges us deep down the Amazon to Manaus. We will experience Venezuela's stunning natural beauty including Canaima National Park (home to Angle Falls), as well as its exotic wildlife in Los Llanos and Henri Pittier National Park plus adrenaline activities in Merida. In Colombia there is the chance to enjoy the vibrant cities of Cartagena, Medellin and Bogota, before finishing in Quito, Ecuador, surrounded by snowcapped volcanoes.  A true overland expedition through the middle and across the top of South America.
