Our fist experience will happen in Colombia at The end of March this year. A group of 18 to 25 people from all over the world will be traveling around the country, learning and unlearning through different experiences and matching their skills with the needs of the communities we visit.

On Board It’s about traveling, learning, boosting your success, growing as a person and giving back while you have tons of fun. It’s called On Board, and it looks like this in a nutshell:
- You travel to an amazing destination, explore, have fun and empathize with the locals and their culture.
- You learn different things about topics that help you move forward in your career. Learn how you learn best, learn to be your best self and learn about what you feel most passionate about.
- You do good in local communities. They say it’s not about being paternalistic but doing sustainable good for the local (social) entrepreneurs.
- You connect to a network of hands-on and skilled travelers, experts and leaders around the globe.
