This is a fantastic way to learn more about conservation and exotic animals. You will be taking a safari every day as you head out into the reserve to assist with a variety of tasks, such as:
- game counts
- removing alien vegetation
- erosion control
- fence patrols
- planting saplings
- monitoring animals
- helping in the rehabilitation centre
This is a great way to learn about animals and conservation, whilst also making a genuine contribution.
You will be living in a beautiful Big 5 game reserve, sharing dorm accommodation with other participants. You have access to a swimming pool, games room and lovely big living areas equipped with TVs and plenty of films.
In your free time, head along the Garden Route or into the lively city of Port Elizabeth.
