You'll pedal through beautiful rural landscapes dotted with ruins of ancient civilisations, and small towns where Buddhist temples nestle amongst graceful French colonial buildings.

The challenge is open to anyone over the age of 18. You'll need to complete a medical form due to the physical nature of this challenge. If you are over 60 or have any medical conditions you may be required to get your GP's signature.
