These fantastic placements offer volunteers the opportunity to work with specially trained dogs providing specialised therapy sessions for children and young adults with disabilities.

Volunteers in Argentina will work at the Jingles Foundation, a 'zoo therapy centre' for children and young adults with various disabilities, such as autism and Down's syndrome. A trained dog can benefit patients by helping them to focus on movement, spatial orientation, posture and muscle control.

Volunteers in Bolivia will work at a dog training centre in Cochabamba. The placement involves a combination of outreach work, where visits to care and community centres are conducted, and work at the centre itself, looking after the dogs and assisting with training.
