These Sports Projects play a pivotal role in engaging and supporting children and young people from disadvantaged backgrounds and areas. This project combines elements of sport, education and social care. All volunteers are welcome to participate in this project; whether on a gap year, taking a summer break or as part of a career break.
Some of the placements are at local football clubs, others may be working with children in schools. No matter the type of placement, a football project is incredibly rewarding as it develops the notion of teamwork, fair play and respect.
