Projects Abroad offer Language Courses in 22 countries worldwide - you can learn international language such as French or Spanish, or a local language, such as Twi or Patois.
The courses we offer are usually one-on-one and are tailored to suit your ability and requirements.
You can choose between studying a language as an intensive course or as lessons to take alongside one of our other volunteering placements.
Some of our volunteers choose to do an intensive course prior to starting a volunteering placement in order to improve their language skills - for example, once you've brushed up on your French you could then just a Journalism project in Senegal!
We offer the following languages:
- Spanish (Argentina, Bolivia, Costa Rica, Ecuador (Galapagos Islands), Mexico, Peru)
- French (Madagascar, Morocco, Senegal, Togo)
- Mandarin Chinese (China)
- Arabic (Morocco)

- A deposit of £195 is required with your application. We will immediately acknowledge receipt of your application and deposit payment.
