We intentionally have just a handful of luxury chalets and generally sleeping around 10-13 people, to enable us to focus on providing a very high quality and individual service.

With 17 years of experience, we know that our staff are critical to being successful, so we are looking for enthusiastic, hard-working and professional people to join us and help maintain and build on our excellent standards and reputation.

We take pride not only in making sure that our guests have the best possible skiing holiday, but also on being a great company to work for. We hire people based on their skills, experience and attitude and expect the highest standards of work from them, but in return, we make sure that they are well rewarded (we think we offer better pay, conditions and accommodation than most) and get to spend the most time possible enjoying themselves. Which is why many of our staff come back to us year after year.
