Since 1927, Robin Hood has provided an encouraging, inviting, and supportive summer environment for our campers. That environment is created in large part by our caring and attentive staff, composed almost entirely of young men and women who grew up as campers in the Robin Hood community.
Understanding the enduring positive influence of the Robin Hood experience, our staff members return to camp each summer eager to provide that same experience for our next generation of campers.

If you accept a job at Robin Hood, you will be working at one of the most beautiful places in New England. Founded in 1927, we are located in the picturesque White Mountains and along the shores of the Broad Bay section of Lake Ossipee. Your office will be 180 acres of flat fields, towering pine trees, and pristine lakeside waterfront.
