We are responsible for selecting and placing young tutors and au pairs in Italy and abroad, with a network of corresponding agencies located in the most important EU countries, the USA, Canada, South America, Republic of South Africa, Australia and New Zealand.
Rome Au Pair In & Out is a member of IAPA (International Au Pair Association) with which it shares the promotion and development of the philosophy of cultural exchange between different countries, and we aim at protecting both young people and families against possible scams, in conformity with the dictates of international agreements and of the European Commission for Au Pair (ECAPS) Standards.
We in Rome Au Pair In & Out firmly believe in the centrality of individuals we deal with, and it is our conviction that cultural exchange is by no means limited to an opportunity to improve one’s language skills, but is, above all, a unique human experience for those involved in it.
For this reason, we go out of our way to establish individual links with people who contact us; try to understand their needs, expectations and characteristics; come up with solutions that best suit their situation; and, throughout the hospitality period, we stay in touch with our associates and their host.
