We have been expanding rapidly in recent years, mostly due to our innovations in growing techniques – adoption of polytunnels and table-top growing, this has allowed us to extend our growing season considerably to almost a full year.
We have a variety of roles available from field work, production and skilled opportunities such as FLT, Machine Operating, Maintenance, Engineering and Driving.

Salary & Contract
The minimum amount you will be paid is £8.21 per hour, however, you can increase your earnings by exceeding productivity targets or moving into a skilled position.
The minimum contract length is 3 months but there is no limit on how long you can stay and work for us.
