Intern and Volunteer
Want to contribute to nature on a small Caribbean island in a big way? Then join us as a STENAPA intern or volunteer!
STENAPA welcomes volunteers who can assist St Eustatius National Parks Foundation with the conservation of the Marine Park, Quill National Park and Botanical Garden. Volunteers have the opportunity to acquire new skills and knowledge about conservation, the local flora and fauna of Statia and take part in trail work, tropical gardening and turtle conservation.
You will take part in essential maintenance work of national park services or get involved in research and monitoring projects. Become part of our team, build your experience in nature conservation and make a difference!
We offer three full-time internships in the three areas of our national parks: terrestrial, marine and botanical garden. Interns work daily with the national park rangers in their specific area.
Download one of our internship descriptions for an outline of the tasks and duties. To apply please email the person stated at the bottom of the description with a CV and covering letter.
If you are a resident on Statia and would like to volunteer please contact Erik Boman.
