Summer Impressions are pleased and proud that we have staff return year after year. In addition to counselors, we have professional, certified instructors for swimming, arts & crafts, sports, science and drama.
Staff members are selected after a comprehensive interviewing process, and are selected based on maturity, enthusiasm, and any special talents they may possess. In addition, they must be kind, caring, and nurturing.
Intensive pre-camp training is held prior to camp and ongoing meetings and in-service workshops during the season all help the staff implement camp philosophy and curriculum.
With special attention given to each and every camper, our staff develops the total child through an exciting camp experience.
Opportunities available include general counselors, lifeguards, and specialists in the areas of arts & crafts, sports, science, drama, and social media.
