Online Meditation Course
30 - 45 minute programme based on Buddhist practices. A twice a week lesson including sound meditation. Dates and times can be arranged as to your preference.
The programme is more suitable as a relief for anxiety towards pain, pain threshold, pain tolerance, pain intensity and pain unpleasantness, stress, for any health issues, mind related heart ailments /isolation, depression, as a relief for mind related blood pressure and loneliness, phobias frustration /sleeping disorders and for better mental health. calming the part of the nervous system that raises heart rate, breathing rate, or blood pressure.
2 Weeks Sponsored Meditation Course in Sri Lanka
We also conduct, two weeks sponsored residential meditation programme in sri lanka for any interested participants of the above on line programme and further to practice meditation under the guidance of resident buddhist monks. Sponsorship includes free accommodation, free vegetarian food and emergency medical treatment and programme related inbound travel during stay in Sri Lanka,
