Tabasamu is committed to subordinate the government to implement its priorities. Tabasamu is proud that in six years of operation has been able to achieve it's goal to reach more than 2000 needy people in our community and implement community projects such as water village areas.
Not only that but also Tabasamu created the opportunity for the people by paying school fees to the needy children from poor families. Through our outreach programme we have been able to visit and education more than 1000 women in rural areas to educate them about their rights and provide health education.
Volunteers will be able to staying in volunteers house and in home stay and we thought this perfect idea because volunteers will learn more than expected. We also have Wi fi for our dear volunteers.
Tabasamu will provide the following services: Food: Three meals a day for all days of your stay will provided. Nature, and type of provided food will be Tanzania meal such as ugali, rice,cooked banana, chips etc. Breakfast will be take every day at 9.000AM, lunch will be served at 12.30 before dinner at 8:00pm. Airport. Volunteers will be given transport to and from airport and orientation before start your volunteering responsibilities.
Roles and responsibilities of volunteers.
• Teaching math,English art, and sport in our partner school
• Marketing the organization and our tour company. This role requires an individual with communication skills
• Working in the coffee farm
• Working with children in day care
• Planting the trees
• Managing our social media network
• Project proposal writing
• Volunteers coordinator
• Fundraising expert Accommodation and Home stays
The volunteers will be able to live in our volunteers house, the house is in good condition with independent kitchen, clean bedrooms with hot water showers. All bed are standard 5×6 bed queen size bed. Spoken Language Medium of communication is English and swahili.
Our children speak very good English as well. Working hours. Volunteers will work 5 Hours a day. Holiday and weekend Volunteers will have free time during weekends and holidays in your spare time we will arrange you the safari to various Tanzania national parks Like serengeti national, park Ngorongoro, Tarangire and manyara national park.
