About our Company

Founded in 2004, Tamboli Castings Limited (TCL) is an Investment Castings manufacturing company as well as an Export Oriented Unit listed in the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). Our factory is located in Bhavnagar (Gujarat, India) and has a high degree of automation for highly laborious processes such as robotic systems for ceramic coating, in-house facility for making complex ceramic cores and a modern CNC Machine Shop.

Jobs

Depending on your educational background and / or interests, you will be expected to perform any or several of the below activities, however, the tasks will be decided by you along with your tutor in TCL, so we give you the opportunity to explore our process and systems in-depth before deciding on a project.

  • Study of the investment casting process and proposals for optimization of processes/materials
  • Design and construction of industrial machines for the investment casting process
  • Study of the machine timings and reduction of the cycle time
  • Implementation of lean manufacturing in the de-burring area
  • Preparation of the documents referred 8D and Six Sigma methods
  • Metallurgy
  • Business Development / Marketing

 

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of English
  • In case of engineers, knowledge of AutoCAD / SolidWorks
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Proactive and independent
  • Organizational skills, assertiveness
  • Analytical expertise, lateral thinking, initiative, motivation
