Its main goal is to promote the rights of traditional and indigenous coastal peoples, including fishers and farmers, to sustainably manage their coastal environs.

MAP welcomes the contributions of volunteers and interns. Opportunities are in:

* Washington State, USA - working with our international headquarters (college credit and stipends may be available)

* Asia - associated with our Thailand regional office (self-supporting and funded candidates only)
