We are a charity delivering an outstanding care and support service, based on equality and celebrating the unique potential of each individual. We have cultural and spiritual roots inspired by the works of Karl König and Rudolf Steiner.
Tiphereth provides quality professional care services and social enterprises for people with learning disabilities, autism and other support needs. Our community is underpinned by social pedagogy, creating a culture of living and working together in safe and supportive relationships.
Volunteer
There are always opportunities for members of the public to become a local volunteer in any of our workshops or by supporting our trading projects. This is a great chance to learn about community living and adult care work, to meet new people and to gain experience. Many of our members of staff started their careers by volunteering.
Gap Year
Foundation Students are an important part of the community and gain many life-enriching experiences and often new friends from their stay in the community. Most Foundation Students come in their gap-year before university. Tiphereth is only able to offer places to people who are able to stay for a year as a volunteer.
