Graduate Schemes

Your development programme as a graduate consists of up to 6 placement rotations from across the business. In every placement, you'll receive all the training needed to succeed in your role.

We understand that everyone's career aspirations are different, so every graduate's journey is unique. Our aim is to equip you with the range of skills and experience you need to be successful in your chosen career path.

The salary is £21,824. The starting salary for all our graduates is £28,500.

Entry requirements vary depending on the scheme. Some of our schemes can accept a minimum of a 2:2 in any subject, while other schemes will have more specific criteria. You must already hold or be on track to achieve the required degree by the time the scheme starts.
