The main aim of this project is to help in the construction of a school for the poorer communities in the area, but volunteers may also help out on other constructions sites where more development is required.
This project offers volunteers an incredible opportunity to make a real impact on the future of the local population, whilst also allowing them to immerse themselves in a unique culture that is unlike anything they will be used to.
The other construction projects in the area that you may work on include house building and renovation, and even work on the local hospital. Whether you work on these tasks or exclusively at the school site depends on the needs of the local community at the time. Volunteers can always feel safe that their skills will be put to their best possible use at all times.
