Our farm is situated 12 miles from the historical city of Norwich with its large cathedral and castle, and only 8 miles from the sea and sandy beaches. We are in the centre of a region known as the Broadland National Park, named after the many broads (or lakes) in the valley of the rivers Bure, Thrune and Ant. Many sporting activities such as windsurfing, sailing and fishing are available nearby.
Are You - From the European Union, aged 18 or over and wish to earn some money and make new friends? Apart from earning money there is also the opportunity to learn about modern farming, the culture of the UK and visit many interesting places.Most placements are low skilled and can include the following types of work:
- Planting crop and Picking crop (by hand)
- Packing and processing of crops
- Weeding, husbandry and pruning
- Erecting poly tunnels
- Irrigation work
- Factory work
