UGADEC is a federation of eight local NGOs intending to build community-managed reserves, providing a biological corridor zone between Maiko and Kahuzi-Biega National Parks in eastern DRC.

UGADEC needs volunteers in the following areas (not a comprehensive list);
orphanages
microfinance business projects
agriculture
construction
healthcare (don't need licenses)
teaching English
assist in schools
malnutrition feeding centers
teaching; sanitation, hygiene, family planning, HIV/AIDS prevention, nutrition etc.
clean water projects etc.
