The college is operated in association with the Vrije Universiteit Brussel. It is named after Andreas Vesalius, one of the first and foremost pioneers in the study of Anatomy who lived during the Renaissance period.

Internship Programme
The Vesalius Internship Programme (VIP) provides students with an excellent opportunity to take what they have learned in the classroom and apply it to the real world. Students doing an internship with Vesalius College gain international experience in a professional environment in Brussels, the ‘Capital of Europe’.
The VIP benefits both students and partners alike: whether having full responsibility for a project or working as part of a team in a large company, students apply their skills and provide the internship partner with valuable support.
