Collection from Sangster International Airport, Montego Bay, Jamaica. Transport to your accommodation/host family. Settle into your new surroundings.

Jamaican Culture Orientation – tour the town of Mandeville to visit landmarks, markets, enjoy the food & gain taxi experience.
DAY 3: TUESDAY - JAMAICAN MUSIC & DANCE
Learn about Jamaican music & dance by participating in a discussion about the history & development of all forms of Jamaican music.
DAY 4: WEDNESDAY - 'FEEL THE VIBE, LEARN THE BEAT'
“Feel the vibe, learn the beat” – a day exploring & learning Jamaican dance; Ska, Mento, Kumina, Dinky Mini, Rock Steady, Reggae & Dancehall.
DAY 5: THURSDAY - THE HISTORY OF JAMAICAN MUSIC
A day exploring & learning about the history, movements & changes with Jamaican music.
DAY 6: FRIDAY - BOB MARLEY MUSEUM & TUFF GONG STUDIOS
Visit Bob Marley Museum & Tuff Gong Studios where you will learn about the life & legacy of the legend Bob Marley.
DAY 7: SATURDAY - OCHO RIOS TOWN TOUR & DUNNS RIVER FALLS
Explore the town of Ocho Rios & nearby Dunns River Falls – enjoy a relaxing day climbing the world famous waterfalls & exploring the white sandy beaches. You can also experience some shopping while immersing yourself in the Jamaican way of life.
DAY 8: SUNDAY - AUTHENTIC CULTURAL IMMERSION
Authentic Cultural Immersion – spend the day as a group attending either a local sporting event such as football or cricket, or check out one of the any local fairs and markets.

Participate in discussions about Jamaican music & dance at the Edna Manley School of Dance.

DAY 11: WEDNESDAY - TRENCH TOWN CULTURE YARD
Trench Town Culture Yard – experience the authentic roots of the legend Bob Marley.
DAY 12: THURSDAY - KINGSTON CITY TOUR
Kingston City Tour – experience a Jamaican music & dance festival or street dance.
DAY 13: FRIDAY - COMMUNITY EXPERIENCE
Community Experience – a trip to the river to be immersed in traditional Jamaican cooking while listening to the music & learning traditional games.
DAY 14: SATURDAY - DEPARTURE DAY
